Inner Healing

Inner Healing sessions follow the Splankna Training Institute’s protocol for inner healing. Sessions are a blending of the spiritual disciplines of prayer, confession, repentance, forgiveness; and also include the somatic stress reduction therapy of TFT, acupressure. We will address beliefs and emotions that are negatively impacting your ability to function in daily life, connection to God, acceptance of self, and connection to others. The outcomes of a session may include restored peace and increased capacity to function in a Christ-like way in the midst of difficult circumstances.

Trauma-Informed Life Coaching

In a Trauma-informed Life Coaching session, we will work together to address life stressors that are preventing you from achieving both short- and long-term goals. Launching from where you are currently at, we will focus on one distressing event or relationship area such as a past traumatic experience, difficult relationship, or parenting challenges. We will work on developing new strategies and identifying resources to aide in improving your daily life outcomes. Somatic stress-reduction techniques of EFT and deep breathing are included as needed to address emotional intensity accompanying life stressors that are standing in your way.

Life Coaching is designed to span a season of 4–12 weeks, with weekly or bi-weekly sessions scheduled at the client’s discretion.

EFT Stress Reduction

This appointment focuses on the application of somatic stress reduction techniques of EFT and deep breathing to aid the body and mind in releasing emotional tension. Research based outcomes include a lasting decrease in the release of stress hormones, and the negative impacts of, into the body, as it pertains to the distressing emotions specifically addressed in each session. Somatic stress reduction is beneficial for managing a variety of issues including anxiety, obsessive thoughts, depression, food cravings, grief, and more. Somatic stress reduction techniques are impactful after just one, 1 hour session. Committing to 8-12 weekly or bi-weekly 1 hour sessions is recommended for addressing longterm distressing issues such as PTSD.
